Ever since I was little, I've been into lots of sports and training. In my teenage years, I really liked going to the gym and lifting weights. Since then, I've mostly focused on different gym workouts and learning how to do the exercises correctly. Lately, I've also started to enjoy Yoga and group workouts, which I think are a good addition to my weightlifting. My goal is to share the joy of staying active!
