I have always been a person who loves activities that involve movement, whether it's a walk on the beach with my dog or a football game with my friends. In recent years, I have also started to explore the joy of lifting weights, and the highlight of my day is going to the gym.

For me, it is important to create a safe space for everyone in all the different training contexts. Working out should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone! I believe in motivating you to train and even look forward to it, rather than making you feel that you have to.
