At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Release is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo's appearance she will walk around the hotel area to greet all children. Come and meet her!

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Bootylicious is the perfect workout if you enjoy training hard and efficiently. In just 30 minutes, you'll engage in high-intensity training with full focus on thighs, glutes, and abs. Both your heart, lungs, and muscles get a thorough workout. The session is based on strength exercises performed in time intervals of about 30-45 seconds. Show up 5 min before class starts.

When the sun starts to dip, the show team lights up the afternoon with energy and joy.Get ready for a playful mix of international hits you’ll know — with lots of sing‑along fun and dancing for everyone.

Power Pilates is a fun, sweaty and up-beat Pilates class. You will work through different sequences of movements inspired by Pilates and Barre which will really challange your muscles. The class is a great strength and flexibility workout for the whole body. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Pyjamas Night is a cosy evening where children can unwind with gentle activities, storytime, and a relaxing movie together with our activity team. Children are welcome to bring their pyjamas and favourite cuddly toy to make the evening extra special. Our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. You can book one or more hours: 17:30-18:30, 18:30-19:30 and/or 19:30-20:30. Each hour costs 9 euros per child, and during the first hour we serve pizza.

When the best friend is a little sad, Lollo & Bernie throw a surprise party! And you're invited! But remember, don't tell anyone. It's a secret!
