Air Conditioning
Available free of charge from 15:00 – 09:00 (June 1 – September 30). The hotel has a centrally controlled air condition system (set to 23 – 26°c in room/apartment). No heating in the apartments.

Safety Box
We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables.
The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.
Room Cleaning
Happy Baby & Royal Suites, Lollo & Bernie Suites and Royal Welcome Package:
• Cleaned every day between 8:30 and 15:30.
• Please let us know at the Help Desk if you'd like your apartment cleaned at a specific time.
All other apartment types:
• Cleaning between 8:30-15:30
• No cleaning service available after 22:00.
• Two non-cleaning days per week: Friday and Sunday for 1 week guests and Friday, Sunday, Thursday and Sunday for 2 weeks guests
• Note: If you’re travelling unspecified, apartment cleaning is not included. Cleaning service can be booked at the Help Desk at an additional charge.
Say No to Mosquitoes
Keep mosquitoes away and stop them from buzzing around by using the mosquito killer in your room. The mosquito repellent tablets are available for purchase at Mini Market. Simply place one tablet in the evening and replace it with a new one the next day.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen in the laundry basket in the bathroom. You can exchange your used pool and beach towels for fresh ones at the Help Desk.
